We are working with a Chambers-ranked law firm that is seeking a Corporate Attorney to join their team in Rochester or Buffalo, NY.
The firm is looking for candidates with 1–7 years of transactional experience, particularly in mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters. Strong drafting and negotiation skills, along with a solid academic background, are essential.
Role Details
Experience : 1–7 years (corporate / transactional)
Focus : M&A and general corporate work
Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and other corporate contracts
Advising clients on business formation, entity structure, and governance
Compensation
Base salary range : $118,000 – $140,000
