JOB DESCRIPTION As a Quality Technician II at Winco Stamping, you'll take on advanced inspection responsibilities, mentor team members, and support continuous improvement initiatives. You will perform complex inspections using a variety of tools, analyze quality trends, and collaborate across departments to resolve quality issues. SPECIFICATIONS Quality Management Education and Experience : High school diploma or GED required. 2–5 years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment. Experience with ISO standards preferred. Technical Skills : Proficient with micrometers, calipers, CMM, and vision systems. Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading. Ability to train others and lead by example on quality standards. Computer & Analytical Skills : Experience with quality data entry and reporting. Ability to analyze inspection results and support corrective actions. Other Competencies : Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professionalism, reliability, and integrity.
