Compensation is at a rate of $600 for half-day and $1300 for full-day shifts, with flexible scheduling options available.

Must be within 50 miles

Provider s own office locations- Provider must have their own office

Coeburn- 2 shifts per week needed

• Covington- 10 shifts per week needed (multiple openings)
• Hillsville- 2 shifts per week
• Winchester- 2 shifts per week needed
• Woodstock- 2 shifts per week needed

PRN as needed.

1099 compensation :

The provider will need to complete their DMA training.
