Tential is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join one of the nation’s largest Credit Unions. This role begins with on-site training and nesting in Winchester, VA, then transitions to a hybrid schedule.

As a Member Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for members, handling inbound calls, chats, and emails. You’ll provide account support, educate members on products and services, and ensure every interaction builds trust and delivers an excellent customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails in a structured, high-volume contact center.

Assist members with general account questions, transactions, and adjustments.

Connect members with applications and products to meet financial needs.

Educate members on available products and services.

Deliver accurate information with empathy, urgency, and professionalism.

Document interactions while navigating multiple systems effectively.

Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented work environment.
