    Responsibilities :

    • Oversee daily operations of cleaning crews at various locations.
    • Train and mentor cleaning staff, ensuring quality standards are met.
    • Manage inventory and supplies.
    • Troubleshoot issues and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Be available on-call for urgent requests.
    • Maintain accurate records and reporting.

    Qualifications :

    • Proven Cleaning Experience : Minimum [Number] years of experience in commercial or residential cleaning.
    • Management Experience : Demonstrated success leading and managing cleaning teams.
    • Valid Driver's License : Reliable transportation is essential.
