Production Associate / General Labor

Responsibilities :

• Load Forming : Safely and efficiently load corrugated sheets into forming machines; monitor machine performance and report issues promptly.
• Unitizing : Bundle, strap, or wrap finished units according to plant standards. Ensure accurate labeling and secure packaging for shipment.
• Pre-Feeding (As Needed) : Assist with material staging and feeding into machines to maintain a continuous workflow.
• Cleaning : Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area; participate in daily and scheduled cleanups.
• Miscellaneous Projects : Support plant operations by assisting with inventory movement, light maintenance, or other assigned tasks.
