A top-tier provider of smart, safe, and sustainable building solutions is hiring a Commercial Fire Alarm Systems Sales Executive to expand their market presence in the Houston area. This is a high-impact role focused on selling large-scale commercial Fire Alarm projects ($500K+) to general contractors, electrical contractors, and end clients.

What You'll Do
- Own and manage the full sales cycle for complex Fire Life Safety construction projects
- Develop and execute territory plans targeting general / electrical contractors and strategic accounts
- Schedule meetings, qualify opportunities, and build strong rapport with decision-makers
- Lead the creation of financial justifications, proposals, and client presentations
- Collaborate with technical and estimating teams to scope and detail system solutions
- Provide ongoing account management and maintain regular client contact for retention and upselling
- Track pipeline activity and deliver performance metrics weekly and monthly
- Represent the brand at industry trade shows, demos, and customer events
Technical Expertise Required
5+ years' experience selling complex Fire Alarm Systems over $500KMinimum 3 years' experience in construction salesFamiliarity with fire life safety codes, permitting, and complianceAbility to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and P&IDsProven success working with general / electrical contractors and end usersStrong background in DCS, PLC, HMI, and safety system integration is a plusSimplex system experience highly preferredYou're a Great Fit If You Have :
