Job description

A comprehensive health system in southern Connecticut offering primary care and specialty services is adding an Internal Medicine Physician.Ourpriority is to provide the safest, highest quality health care and best experience possible for our community. OurHospital ishome to world-class technology along with expert physicians.

About the Opportunity :

  • The health system has 11 outpatient practice locations
  • Current opening on the site with 6 Physicians
  • 36 patient contact hours
  • No night or weekend office hours required
  • The average daily patient census is 16-18
  • Patient panel capped at 1600
  • EPIC EMR
  • Option to teach Medical Students and Residents

Compensation / Benefits :

  • Guaranteed base salary for 2 years, then production-based for high earnings potential
  • 5 weeks PTO annually, plus 6 holidays, six sick days, and 1 week CME
  • Employer matching 403b retirement
  • Health and dental (with high employer contribution), malpractice with tail
  • Federal loan repayment program available
  • Signing bonus and relocation assistance available

  • Located in southern Connecticut's seacoast region
  • 35 miles from Hartford and 30 miles from New Haven
  • 3 hours to New York City
