We’re looking for a Territory Sales Representative who can connect with kitchen & bath dealers, fabricators, and remodelers to drive growth across a dynamic countertop product line.
What You’ll Do :
Grow sales and margins across your assigned territory by developing trusted partnerships with fabricators and K&B dealers.
Deliver product knowledge and training to ensure partners can confidently sell and position our materials.
Manage displays, samples, and promotional tools that help customers showcase the product line effectively.
Consult with retail partners on pricing, promotions, and ROI to help their business grow alongside ours.
Track and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for new and existing accounts.
Handle quotes, orders, and delivery coordination while maintaining smooth communication between customers and operations.
Resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency.
Represent the brand at regional trade shows and networking events.
Travel within the territory (40%–80%), with occasional national trips.
What You Bring :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years in B2B or channel distribution sales (building materials, surfaces, or design products preferred).
Strong understanding of retail and distribution dynamics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with basic computer tools (CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Self-driven mindset with strong time management and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license and comfort working independently on the road.
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
