Job description

Territory Sales Representative – Countertops Location :

  • Dulles, VA If you’re energized by relationships, design, and closing deals that make spaces come to life, this role might be your next move.
  • We’re looking for a Territory Sales Representative who can connect with kitchen & bath dealers, fabricators, and remodelers to drive growth across a dynamic countertop product line.

What You’ll Do :

  • Grow sales and margins across your assigned territory by developing trusted partnerships with fabricators and K&B dealers.
  • Deliver product knowledge and training to ensure partners can confidently sell and position our materials.
  • Manage displays, samples, and promotional tools that help customers showcase the product line effectively.
  • Consult with retail partners on pricing, promotions, and ROI to help their business grow alongside ours.
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for new and existing accounts.
  • Handle quotes, orders, and delivery coordination while maintaining smooth communication between customers and operations.
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency.
  • Represent the brand at regional trade shows and networking events.
  • Travel within the territory (40%–80%), with occasional national trips.
  • What You Bring :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years in B2B or channel distribution sales (building materials, surfaces, or design products preferred).
  • Strong understanding of retail and distribution dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with basic computer tools (CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Self-driven mindset with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and comfort working independently on the road.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
