Chief Technologist - IGEN

POSITION SUMMARY The Chief Technologist is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing IGEN's technology vision and strategy. This role leads the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our SaaS platform and products, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

The Chief Technologist drives innovation, fosters a high-performing engineering culture, and partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to customers. This leader is accountable for the technical roadmap, architecture, and operational excellence, while championing best practices and emerging technologies to maintain IGEN's competitive edge in the market.

The ideal location for this role is Appleton, WI (relocation assistance provided). We are open to hybrid or remote work locations given relevancy of candidate experience. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the tech and engineering function, overseeing all aspects of product development lifecycle, R&D, and technology innovation. This includes key initiatives such as holistic product development and scaling the core technology platform that supports multiple products.
