Daisies, is a midwest, vegetable-focused, Italian inspired restaurant, nestled in Chicago's Logan Square neighborhood. We believe we are a place where creativity meets tradition; our ever-changing menu (i.e. seasonal, changing sometimes daily in the summers) is crafted around Midwest-grown vegetable and handcrafted pastas.

Some of our specialties include fermentation (i.e. peppers, tomato, celery, fennel, mushrooms, etc.), pasta production from scratch, and fresh and ethically sourced ingredients. We have 30+ menu items, including 10-12 handmade pastas. The majority of our ingredients are sourced from our own family's farms in Michigan.
In this fast-paced kitchen, we will hone in on your existing skills and give you plenty of opportunity to learn new ones and lead your team towards success; you will leave each day at Daisies a better cook than when you walked in. We are looking for the right person to fill our EXEC SOUS CHEF roll as we expand. Paid vacation time along with educational travel opportunities to expand knowledge.
