Responsibilities

Title Processing : Manage the processing of all vehicle titles and ensure timely submission to the state agencies.

Document Management : Organize and maintain comprehensive vehicle documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Customer Interaction : Communicate effectively with customers and various departments to resolve title issues and queries.

Compliance : Ensure all documentation adheres to local, state, and federal regulations related to vehicle titles.

Record Keeping : Maintain records of title transactions, status updates, and prepare related reports.

Problem Solving : Address and resolve title discrepancies and challenges efficiently.

Updates : Stay informed about the latest state and federal regulations regarding vehicle documentation.

Requirement

Education : High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience : Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry, is preferred.

Detail-Oriented : Strong attention to detail is crucial for correctly processing title documents.

Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.

Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.

Knowledge : Familiarity with state DMV regulations and title processing is desirable.
