Job Summary / Company Information :

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring team productivity, and maintaining safety and quality standards. This individual will lead a team, implement process improvements, and collaborate with other departments to meet operational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Train, coach, and develop team members

Monitor workflow and implement process improvements

Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals

Pay / Benefits :

$60,000 – $65,000 based on experience

Excellent working environment with a collaborative and motivated team

Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM – 5 PM
