Job descriptionNC license Board Certified NP (Family or Urgent Care) or PA (NCCPA) BLS Minimum 12 months of urgent care or emergency medicine experience Must be able to work independently as sole provider Clean history Local candidates Start Date : ASAP End Date : Ongoing Type of Coverage : No Call Schedule : Shifts vary, provider availability must be listed with bid Orientation : Modified Epic training schedule required EMR : Epic Setting : Outpatient urgent care center Patients Per Day : Average 20, up to 40 Ages : 6 months through adult Procedures : I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation, other minor urgent care procedures Support Staff : 1 MA, Center Manager, 2 office staff, offsite supervising physician Independent urgent care practice for both pediatric and adult patients Minor procedures including wound repair and drainage Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and staff Rate (capped) : $85 / hr Malpractice : Provided Travel : Mileage reimbursed
