Responsibilities

• Act as a core technical and business resource responsible for delivering technology solutions to ITS customers.
• Partner with business customers as well as internal and external technology experts to design, implement, and integrate major enhancements, systems, modules, products, and web services to support a defined set of requirements.
• Support Business Service Managers and Technical Architects in assessing the impact of business requirements on underlying technology capabilities and platforms.
• Determine IT capability to deliver on business solutions and support the cost estimation and planning of project implementation timelines.
• Serve as the primary ITS lead with responsibility and authority to deliver business solutions as directed.
• Collaborate with Strategic Business Partners and Technical Architects to deliver business solutions.
• Direct the process of finalizing, negotiating, and documenting project business requirements and use cases.
• Support architectural standards and Enterprise Architecture (EA) strategies as the norm for projects.
• Support and execute standards and PMO strategies as the norm for projects.
• Reduce technology cost and complexity by creating synergies and re-use across projects, leveraging enterprise tools and existing investments.
• Develop accurate schedules and scope estimates for projects.
• Coordinate program management efforts in the PMO to advance company goals and communicate key messages to stakeholders.
• Develop objectives for meeting the project needs of business customers and define the methodologies to achieve them.
• Direct task grouping and resource allocation to ensure optimal usage.
• Manage partnerships with vendors and internal teams to integrate solution components, assess scope, cost, timeline, and architectural impact.
• Minimum 4-5+ years of experience required.
