Our client, a leading logistics and delivery services company, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the operations support team, assisting in coordinating deliveries, communicating with drivers, and providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, dependability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Location : Tucker, GA

Pay Range : Shift :

  • Must be available Fridays and Saturdays
  • Guaranteed day off on Sunday
  • May rotate between :
  • First Shift : 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM
  • Second Shift : 12 : 00 PM - 8 : 30 PM

What's the Job?

  • Maintain communication with delivery drivers to ensure timely deliveries
  • Assist drivers with troubleshooting issues and reporting delays
  • Support customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in both Spanish and English
  • Guide drivers during end-of-day procedures and ensure proper drop-offs
  • Collaborate with team members to track updates and document operational issues

    • What's Needed?

  • Fluent in Spanish and English, able to speak and understand both languages
  • Comfortable using the phone in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong and confident communication skills, able to stay calm and assertive
  • Dependable and flexible with shift start times and duties
  • Basic computer skills (email, Excel, GPS tracking tools, etc.)

  • Mantener comunicación con los conductores para asegurar entregas puntuales
  • Asistir a los conductores con la resolución de problemas y reportar retrasos
  • Brindar soporte a los clientes atendiendo consultas y resolviendo problemas en español e inglés
  • Guiar a los conductores en los procedimientos de fin de día y asegurar entregas correctas
  • Colaborar con el equipo para registrar actualizaciones y documentar incidencias operativas

  • Ser bilingüe en español e inglés, capaz de hablar y entender ambos idiomas
  • Sentirse cómodo usando el teléfono en un entorno dinámico

  • Conocimientos básicos en computación (correo electrónico, Excel, herramientas de seguimiento GPS, etc.)
