Our reputable home health agency is seeking an office RN Supervisor to add to our exemplary team! We are a fast paced agency, with plenty opportunity for growth. Job Description :

An RN Clinical Supervisor will supervise patient assignments, staff scheduling and patient visit volume distributions and will assist in meeting financial targets by effectively managing utilization, productivity, personnel and supplies; supports and educates staff in resolving operational issues / problems.

Availability :

Tuesday & Thursday 8 : 30 a.m.-5 : 00 p.m. at our Chatsworth office

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Supervises, oversees planning, organizing and directing of patient care services
  • Ensures consistent delivery of high-value quality care to all patient population served
  • Supervises patient assignments, staff scheduling and patient visit volume distributions
  • Assists in developing and implementing changes in Policies / Procedures, practices and Standardized procedures based upon input from staff and administration to remain compliant with current laws and regulatory standards while promoting optimal patient care
  • Collaborates with others to coordinate services, streamline and standardize work flows and procedures and / or drive positive outcomes
  • Requires the ability to be a consistent mentor to staff and use the disciplinary process appropriately
  • Must possess clinical knowledge of current regulatory and clinical practice standards
  • Must effectively plan, organize staff and resources, prioritize work, thinking critically to effectively organize operations consistent with the Agency's strategy and effectively solving problems as they arise
  • Be able to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with staff, physicians, patients and other departments
  • Must be flexible and independent enough to work competently and autonomously

Additional Qualifications :

  • Computer skills
  • Minimum 2 years home health experience
  • Ability to learn and efficiently use electronic medical records
  • Ability to mentor staff with a high degree of initiative, motivation, flexibility and creativity
  • Able to meet core competencies for the position and maintain licensure and professional development requirements as appropriate (Definitely a MUST)
