SEO Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, SEO.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct structured one-on-ones with direct reports to support their professional development and address any blockers

Develop actionable plans for employee performance improvement, including regular reviews of work products

Manage and innovate SEO Specialist processes while overseeing departmental OKRs and client-related issues

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in an SEO service role and 2 years in a management / supervisor role preferred

Advanced SEO skills including Google Business Profile, Citation Management, and Analytics

Demonstrated understanding of critical thinking as it applies to SEO

Ability to self-manage under limited supervision and embrace change positively

Passion for mentoring and employee development
