Construction Project Manager

We have an immediate opportunity for a Commercial Construction Project Manager . Projects include Educational, Multi-family, Hospitality, Retail, Healthcare, etc,. The ideal candidate evaluates project metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement and cost-saving measures for future projects. May supervise a department within high-volume administrative / production settings and exercises decision-making authority within this scope. The Project Manager has a close collaborative relationship with the Pre-Construction team from the initial stages of the project. Requirements :

• Experience as a Project Manager for Commercial Construction projects between $5 Million and $50Million in value .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal individuals and external Clients, Subcontractors, and Suppliers.
• Experience using Project Scheduling Software.
• Must be able to multi-task on multiple projects in various states of the construction process.
• Degree in Construction related field preferred
