We're hiring an Accounting Clerk to support our finance team with tasks in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billing, Collections, and Data Entry. This is a great opportunity to build accounting experience in a growing industry.

Process payments and invoices

Assist with collections and billing

Maintain accurate financial records

Use Excel and accounting systems daily

2+ years of accounting or clerical experience

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas)

Comfortable with online platforms; Salesforce / Route Manager a plus

Detail-oriented and organized

Competitive pay and benefits ($21.00 / hr)
