Job description

We are now hiring for the manager of a Financial Consultant team a critical role that will shape the future of our outreach efforts and drive the success of our organization.

Your Impact :

Team Development : Coach and mentor a team of tenured sales professionals helping them refine their sales and book of business management skills.

Performance Management : Set clear goals and expectations monitor performance and provide regular feedback to ensure that each team member is on track to meet and exceed their targets.

Client Engagement : Oversee the teams interactions with prospects and clients ensuring that they are connected to our comprehensive suite of financial solutions.

Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategies to optimize the teams performance and drive business growth.

Cross-Site Collaboration : Foster a collaborative environment across different sites promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.

Training and Onboarding : Lead the onboarding process for new apprentices ensuring they are well-prepared and equipped to succeed.

Problem Solving : Identify and resolve issues that arise within the team ensuring smooth operations and high client satisfaction.

Innovation : Encourage creative thinking and innovative approaches to outreach and client engagement .

Responsibilities

Hires evaluates and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards reviews performance and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.

Oversees the execution of the sales and lead generation strategy for Retail with a particular focus on attracting new high value and high net worth clients and generating advisor consultations among existing clients with an expressed interest in Personal Advisor Services (PAS).

Develops a culture of ever present coaching : is a student and teacher in the art of sales. Provides frequent and ongoing coaching of sales competencies and independent thinking skills to develop and grow their team to achieve specific business results. Recognizes special skills highlights best in class abilities provides analysis / feedback and suggest improvement to staff. Monitors sales crew inbound / outbound calls for coaching purposes.

Personally participates in the sales process. Expected to model the desired behaviors activities and need to interact with clients in specific scenarios where manager is necessary.

Assists in the development of business and sales related goals. Works with peers and sales professionals to monitor and communicate progress towards goals. Develops close working relationships with all appropriate internal partner groups. Drives team to convert inbound / outbound sales leads in order to achieve results.

Recognizes VOC market trends competitive offerings and opportunities for improvement. Develops and recommends changes to departmental policies procedures and workflows to meet changing business needs.

Guides team to maximize opportunities and support the consultative sales model. Analyzes and resolves the most complex client issues and reviews internal partner and client feedback.

Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years related work experience. Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Prior experience in sales and business development organization preferred.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.

Licenses required for the role : Series 7 66 and 24. It is strongly preferred that applicants currently hold these licenses.

Experience leading front-line crew.

Sales management experience preferred.
