Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Requirements

Our Licensed Practical Nurses are part of a multi-disciplinary team in providing safe and effectivedialysistherapy for assigned patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.The role is all about the relationships and the bond you will create with the patients and their families.

Work Experience

• Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN) with current state licensure.
• AdditionalIV medicationclass, if required by state guidelines.
• Meets all state/licensing requirements.
• ESRDexperience preferred.
• Basic Life Support(BLS) and CPR certification.
• Ability to read and interpret safety, operating, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication with clients and staff.
