A company is looking for a Tier II / III Remote Help Desk specialist to provide expert-level technical support on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier II and III technical support for software, hardware, and network-related issues
Troubleshoot and resolve problems with Microsoft 365 applications and manage Entra ID user access
Diagnose network performance issues and assist with software deployment and connectivity challenges
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience in IT support at Tier 2 or Tier 3 level
Proficient in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Windows 10, and Entra ID
Familiarity with Active Directory administration and network troubleshooting
Experience with service desk tickets and remote support tools
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote environment
