Psychiatry - Geriatrics Physician

Medical Doctor Associates (MDA) is seeking a Psychiatrist to provide locum coverage for a client in Massachusetts starting in mid-July for an ongoing position while the client recruits for as permanent physician.

• Inpatient Geriatric Psychiatry; 19 bed unit
• Schedule : Monday Friday 8AM to 5PM; Call Coverage : 1 weeknight per week and 1 weekend per month includes rounds
• EMR systems used : Athena, Meditech and Dragon

Requirements of Candidate : Board Certified in Psychiatry; active / unrestricted Massachusetts license; active / unrestricted Federal DEA.

This client does prefer a candidate who is commutable to the south eastern part of the state in order to keep the travel expenses down; HOWEVER, they will consider providing travel and housing for the right candidate!

MDA will provide malpractice insurance and compensation via direct deposit on a weekly basis.
