Job descriptionAnalytical skills with the ability to learn new software programs. Excellent mathematical skills and a working knowledge of Excel. Understanding of general ledger accounting principles, including accrual and amortization transactions. Effective communication skills to interact with team members. Code transactions and post journal entries. Support accounts payable and receivable staff to properly record transactions. Prepare bank, credit card, and petty cash reconciliations. Analyze transactions to identify discrepancies and solve issues. Perform reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of general ledger accounts. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Maintain additions and disposals on asset schedules. Assist with sales tax and property tax reports.

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience)

- 3 years of accounting experience
