We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven professional to join Front Range Collective, a top-producing real estate team based in the Denver metro area. This role combines administrative precision with client care and operations support, helping ensure every part of our business runs smoothly.
You’ll communicate daily with clients, agents, and referral partners both over the phone and in person, so strong communication and a positive, professional presence are essential.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to :
Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and correspondence for team leadership
- Maintain accurate and confidential client and property databases
- Prepare and proofread contracts, agreements, and reports
- Handle general office tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry
Technology & Organization
Utilize and improve existing systems (CRM, TransactionDesk, Google Drive, DropBox, Zoom, etc.)Organize and manage partner email inboxesTrack and reconcile monthly expenses, manage receipts, and pay invoicesClient & Partner Communication
Communicate proactively with clients and vendors to provide updates and answer questionsCoordinate with title companies, lenders, and other real estate professionalsEnsure smooth transaction management from contract to closeSend handwritten notes for birthdays, thank-you’s, and client milestonesFollow up with past clients to maintain relationships and support referral growthAdditional Support
