JOB DESCRIPTION

SAP Service Management(SM) Lead :

Advanced knowledge on - Notification, Service orders, Warranty and billing.

Expert knowledge on Contracts -Value / Quantity / Service.

Worked on revenue recognition.

Hands on experience DIP profiles and Resource related billing.

Repair order process.

Customer service master data - Equipment master, warranty master, functional location, counters etc.

Advanced knowledge on - Notification, Service orders, Warranty and billing

Expert knowledge on Contracts -Value / Quantity / Service

Hands on experience DIP profiles and Resource related billing.

Knowledge on Idocs.

Must deliver the object with help of technical team with minimum support

Good Communication / Interaction skills

Advanced knowledge on - Notification, Service orders, Warranty and billing.

Expert knowledge on Contracts -Value / Quantity / Service.

Worked on revenue recognition.

Hands on experience DIP profiles and Resource related billing.

Role Responsibilities :

Must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem solving skills

Strong communication and presentation skills
