• 24-hour pager call coverage, 7 am - 7 am
• 350 deliveries annually physician backup for CNMs
• Hospital-based obstetrics service
• CNM team handles routine deliveries
• 20-minute response time required for complex cases
• OB call only no gynecology services required
• High-risk cases transferred to regional medical center
• Intermittent coverage dates available through winter 2027
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
