Scientific Programming Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Scientific Programming.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, validate, and maintain analysis-ready datasets and outputs for observational and real-world evidence studies

Conduct exploratory data analyses and collaborate with stakeholders to refine study designs and programming solutions

Design and develop visualizations and dashboards to support decision-making and manage data processing workflows

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Epidemiology, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience

Minimum 4+ years of clinical research programming experience using R, Python, SQL, or SAS

Minimum 2+ years of real-world data programming experience in healthcare analytics

Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for managing large-scale healthcare datasets

Basic knowledge of statistical analysis methodologies and study design concepts
