Additional Information About the Role
Christian Hospital and Northwest Healthcare in St. Louis county is looking for an HRBP III.
Candidates should have experience in problem solving, consultation, and change management within organizations.
Knowledge of data and using that to make changes is a plus!
Hybrid position, and will require onsite presence 2-3 times per week.

Role Purpose
Responsible for providing proactive HR consultation directly connected to the immediate and long term business needs of the hospital. Serves as a hands-on, progressive HR generalist who develops a thorough understanding of business challenges and related human capital needs of all assigned departments and functions and ensures alignment of the strategies and programs to the broader organizational goals. Partners with management and employees to provide service and support in a variety of HR functions, with an emphasis in performance management, employee relations, management training and organizational development, compensation and benefits administration, rewards and recognition.
