What You'll Do at Pega

• Set the vision and strategic direction for global partner programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives, market dynamics, and evolving industry trends.
• Serve as a thought leader and advisor to executive leadership, influencing company-wide strategy for partner ecosystem growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams—including product, sales, marketing, and operations—to design, launch, and optimize partner program tracks.
• Establish governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks for all partner program activities.
• Define and track key performance indicators to ensure program success and continuous improvement.
• Drive measurable growth in partner-sourced revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction through innovative program initiatives.
• Maintain a competitive view of the program framework against top competitors by product, region, and engagement model.
