What You'll Do at Pega
- Set the vision and strategic direction for global partner programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives, market dynamics, and evolving industry trends.
- Serve as a thought leader and advisor to executive leadership, influencing company-wide strategy for partner ecosystem growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams—including product, sales, marketing, and operations—to design, launch, and optimize partner program tracks.
- Establish governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks for all partner program activities.
- Define and track key performance indicators to ensure program success and continuous improvement.
- Drive measurable growth in partner-sourced revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction through innovative program initiatives.
- Maintain a competitive view of the program framework against top competitors by product, region, and engagement model.
Who You Are
7+ years of related experience in partner program development12+ years working in the partner channel5+ years’ experience working in a SaaS sales model – understands sales roles, success metrics, and sales process in this modelStrong ability to structure data and analytics support mechanisms with analytical skills in interpreting data to recommending actionsMaster collaborator, ability to influence and build teamworkAbility to successfully complete change management initiatives demonstrated through experience.Strong written, verbal presentation skills and experienceDiscretion with sensitive information – treating all as potentially confidential and / or proprietaryProficient in Power BI, Business Objects, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio etc.What You've Accomplished
