At Bailey’s Moving & Storage, we have spent over 70 years helping families and businesses move forward. Now, we are telling our story, and we need a creator who is ready to lead the charge.

We are hiring a Video Content Creator & Brand Storyteller : part filmmaker, part digital creator, part community journalist. This is not a behind-the-scenes-only job. You will be front and center filming, interviewing, editing, and appearing on camera yourself — as you bring to life the people, moments, and lessons that define Bailey’s brand.

If you are someone who is constantly capturing content, pitching ideas, and thinking “this would make a great video,” we want to talk to you.

What You will Be Doing

Content Creation & Storytelling

• Own the video process from idea to final edit — no micromanaging here.
• Film and edit both long-form stories (e.g., behind-the-scenes, customer journeys, brand explainers) and short-form content (e.g., Reels, TikTok’s, YouTube Shorts).
• Use AI-powered tools to streamline editing and repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form clips — fast.
• Be willing to step in front of the camera — modeling the kind of energy and authenticity we want from others.
• Stay curious and experimental — try new tools, formats, and trends that keep us on the cutting edge of video.
