As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play an active role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the facility. You will interact with employees and visitors, delivering outstanding customer service while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation. This position requires driving as part of your patrol responsibilities, offering a dynamic work environment where you can make a meaningful impact every day.

Pay Rate : $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Mon 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Fri 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Sat 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide exceptional customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and monitor for any unusual conditions.

Observe and report any suspicious or irregular activity within the manufacturing and industrial environment.

Collaborate with site personnel and / or law enforcement as required during incidents or emergencies.

Complete detailed and accurate documentation and reports of all security-related activities, incidents, and observations.

Follow all Allied Universal guidelines and training to perform duties in alignment with client and company expectations.

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
