We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Licensed Property and Casualty Service Sales & Support Agent in Butler, PA. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients regarding property and casualty insurance policies.
- Handle inbound service inquiries, policy changes, billing questions, and claims support.
- Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional coverage.
Requirements :
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in Pennsylvania.At least 1 year of experience in customer service or insurance-related roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with insurance software and CRM platforms.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Must be able to work on-site in Butler, PA.
