Our client is approximately 50 60% through their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation and requires additional expertise to successfully drive the project to go-live. While functional and technical implementation support is needed, the primary gap is around organizational change management (OCM) across key business areas.

Primary Focus

Change Management Leadership

• Develop and execute a comprehensive OCM strategy to support the rollout of D365 F&O
• Drive user adoption, communication plans, training, readiness assessments, and stakeholder alignment
• Partner closely with functional leads in Supply Chain, Finance, and Warehouse / Inventory to ensure smooth process transitions
• Translate system / process changes into clear, business-friendly guidance for end users
• Identify change risks and develop mitigation plans
