Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in system administration, troubleshooting, and IT operations who can keep daily technical operations running smoothly across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver advanced technical support to internal users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues

Monitor and maintain servers, systems, and network infrastructure to ensure optimal uptime and performance

Manage installation, configuration, and upgrades of IT hardware and software

Administer user accounts, access levels, and system security settings

Work closely with vendors and external partners on IT procurement, maintenance, and support

Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for systems, configurations, and IT procedures

Ensure adherence to IT policies, data protection requirements, and cybersecurity standards

Assist in deploying new technologies, applications, and continuous IT improvement initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline

3+ years of experience in IT support or IT operations

Strong technical knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, networking (LAN / WAN), and cloud platforms

Practical experience with Active Directory, Office 365, VPN technologies, firewalls, and backup systems

Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical abilities

Strong communication skills and a user-focused approach

Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively
