Job descriptionAccurately enter and process new prescriptions into our pharmacy system, following company and regulatory guidelines. Manage and process refill requests and verify insurance and eligibility details. Calculate dosage volumes and day supply to ensure prescription accuracy. Collaborate with prescribers, pharmacists, and leadership to maintain smooth communication and operations. Assist with system data accuracy and handle escalations with professionalism. Demonstrate top-tier attention to detail and task prioritization to meet service levels. Always adhere to HIPAA and all applicable pharmacy regulations. Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License (required). 6+ months of prior pharmacy experience (retail, mail order, or clinical preferred). Reliable transportation to commute on-site for the initial training period. Strong computer skills and comfort with pharmacy software systems. A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and commitment to accuracy.

Schedule : Monday – Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
Work Model : On-site for the first 60 days (training period), then hybrid schedule available
