Job Description

Provide facility maintenance and administrative support. Performing ongoing care of building and its surrounding area to keep it clean, organized, safe, and functional. This position will serve as a dual role to maintain the cleanlinesss and orderliness of the facility while assisting with administrative tasks.

2nd shift : Typically works Tuesday-Friday 5pm - 3 : 30am. Schedule may vary depending on business needs.

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Completes and documents specific preventative and predictive maintenance duties (cleaning, inspecting, replacing / adjusting, lubricating, measuring, etc.) throughout facility.
• Performs routine cleaning maintenance activities such as dusting, washing windows, wiping down surfaces and washing floors, maintaining lavatories, locker rooms and cafeteria areas and ensure supplies are replenished as needed
• Perform basic light maintenance work to include replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, lubricating doors, etc.
• Utilize computer systems including but not limited to : SAP, Ariba, Concur, WBS / AS400, WCSS,

ETQ, CQT, and Microsoft Office

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $20- $22 . The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to : education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include : overtime, shift differential, call-in,
