ASAP - ongoing (1+ year!)

4 days per week, 10 hour days, 7a-5p

Call ratio : 1 : 5 or 1 : 6

Clinic responsibilities and clinic call in rural setting - critical access hospital

EMR : Cerner / Powerchart

Non OB family practice

Each provider is seeing about 16 patients on average per day

Currently have 2 General Surgeons and 1 DO along with 4 PA's

13 exam rooms, 2 per provider

Required procedures : sutures, lesion removal, joint injections, derm procedures, ear lavages

Credentialing timeframe : 2-3 months

Comfortable with RURAL locations

Comfortable with all ages
