📅 Start Date : ASAP | Duration : 13 weeks

⏰ Schedule : Monday–Friday | 8-hour Day Shifts

🏥 Facility : Community Hospice of Texas – Fort Worth

Requirements :

✅ Hospice RN experience – Required

✅ Experience with HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) – Required

✅ Strong skills in case management, patient / family education, and pain management
