You will be the Multi Functional Manufacturing Manager for the Manufacturing Operations team. Our team is responsible for the day-to-day execution of a multi-functional work group, delivering high-quality products on schedule. Schedule will be 1st Shift (Fri-Sun).

What You Will Be Doing

As the Multi Functional Manufacturing Manager you will be responsible for leading multiple manufacturing functions and driving performance across the team.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Oversee machining, assembly, tool & die, and packaging operations to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection, training, and onboarding of subordinate employees.
• Conduct performance assessments, assign work, and manage salary and recognition actions.
• Develop and enforce process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager and cross-functional leaders to align resources with project goals.

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
