Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services, is looking for a Sales Representative to help grow our daycare and wellness membership program. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves dogs, and is eager to combine sales, service, and community outreach.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Enrollment Growth: Convert inbound leads to daycare enrollments through phone outreach, in-person tours, and strong follow-up.
• Cold Call & Connect: Execute outbound call campaigns to re-engage leads, follow up with prospects, and introduce Dogtopia to new pet parents.
• Community Engagement: Represent Dogtopia at local events, networking functions, and guerrilla marketing activities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Deliver the Experience: Conduct engaging on-site tours (the “11-stop tour”) during meet & greets and communicate the value of our daycare, boarding, and spa services.
• Collaborate with the Team: Partner with managers and team members to create a high-conversion environment and ensure new customers are onboarded with excitement and confidence.
• Track & Report: Monitor sales metrics, provide updates, and contribute to improvement strategies.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• Prior experience in sales — ideally in membership-based industries like gyms, fitness studios, or subscription services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you’re outgoing, persuasive, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people.
• Comfort with cold calling and proactive outreach.
• Experience with community events, partnerships, or grassroots marketing is a plus.
• Excellent time management and self-motivation — you know how to stay organized and get results.

Qualifications

• Must love dogs
• Sales and Customer service experience
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including holidays and weekends
• Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
