We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join an esteemed team at a reputable hospital in Jackson, Michigan. This facility is well-known for its quality healthcare services, commitment to innovation, and excellent patient care in the community. Job Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality urological care including outpatient, inpatient, and rounding duties.
• Participate in a collaborative call rotation of 1 : 4, ensuring a sustainable work-life balance.
• Conduct surgeries on two dedicated OR days and see patients for 2.5 days in the clinic.
• Manage a patient load of approximately 22 patients daily, including new patient consultations.
• Work with a skilled support team comprising Advanced Practice Professionals and Medical Assistants.
• Perform on-site procedures with state-of-the-art equipment.
• Ensure effective documentation using the EPIC EMR system.
• Contribute to a highly collegial medical environment focused on meaningful patient interactions.
