Job Title : Interim Audit Support

Location : Vancouver, WA

Job Details : Hybrid (first few weeks onsite for training), Full Time, 3-Month Contract (with possible extension)

Compensation : $38–$44 an hour DOE

We are seeking a highly skilled Interim Audit Support professional to join our client in Vancouver, WA on a 3-month contract (with possible extension). This role supports ongoing audit efforts and will contribute to both the 2024 and 2025 audit cycles. This is a hybrid role, with initial onsite training required. Immediate availability is essential.

Responsibilities :

Provide critical support in addressing outstanding audit issues.

Assist with the 2024 audit and support the transition into 2025 audit preparation.

Reconcile accounts and propose necessary corrections to ensure financial accuracy.

Conduct thorough analysis and investigations related to audit discrepancies.

Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy across multiple funds.

Maintain and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts, including complex accounts receivable functions.

Qualifications :

Prior audit experience is required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Proficiency in bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, and balance sheet analysis.

Demonstrated general ledger expertise.

Non-profit accounting experience is a plus.

Must be detail-oriented, composed under pressure, and effective at maintaining a positive team environment.
