Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee residential construction projects, focusing on custom homes. The Superintendent will ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also managing the day-to-day operations on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all phases of residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and necessary documentation related to construction activities.
• Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process in a timely and effective manner.
