Cloud Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Managed Cloud Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a diverse technical team to ensure optimal performance and reliability in cloud environments

Collaborate with various teams to enhance products based on customer feedback

Define and monitor KPIs related to cloud operational services and ensure compliance with performance targets

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience with major cloud service providers (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI)

5+ years of experience in a leadership role, with at least 2 years in formal management

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field

Experience with Linux and infrastructure management

Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered
