Job Title : Compliance Manager

Salary Range : 75,000-100,000 with potential negotiation based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret IRA regulations and provisions.
- Develop and update internal compliance policies and documentation.
- Train staff on compliance procedures and requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of audits, assessments, and compliance activities.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to relevant agencies.
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations, implementing corrective actions.
- Serve as the main contact for audits and inspections.
- Lead process improvements and technology initiatives to enhance compliance effectiveness.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of IRA provisions, including corporate tax and clean energy incentives.Experience with federal programs, grants, or tax incentives.Hands-on experience with LCP Tracker and payroll systems.Familiarity with tools such as SAP GRC, Workiva, ADP, or sustainability reporting software.Proficiency with MS Office Suite.Education & Experience
