Franklin Plumbing & Drain Cleaning is seeking an outgoing, charismatic, and detail-oriented person to join our office as a full-time Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher! You'll be communicating with clients, dispatching plumbers, and supporting seamless day-to-day operations. Our Customer Service Reps - Dispatchers work from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, Monday through Friday .

You'll be the friendly voice on our phone lines who warmly greets callers, answers questions, and efficiently dispatches plumbers to their next jobs. With a cheerful and upbeat attitude, you'll answer incoming phone calls, schedule jobs, and assist customers as much as possible. You'll also make outbound phone calls to customers and plumbers, supporting an efficient workflow and ensuring we fully take care of our clients' needs.
