Services Procurement Sr Program Manager
The Procurement Services team is looking for a Services Procurement Sr Program Manager with proven procurement and project management experience. The Procurement Services team supports building services from third party vendors across the North American Same Day and Rural Super Rural operations. This role requires the management of new and existing procurement programs, forecasting and spend control, scoping and creating project plans, coordinating and driving execution, and clear communication to senior management. Cross-team coordination, program management and procurement skills are essential. Key job responsibilities include managing new and existing procurement programs, delivering desired results across multiple Amazon organizations, driving supplier relationship development, influencing design and development of strategic procurement programs, creating and managing program communication, developing, implementing, and governing KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, working directly with external providers, customers, and partner teams to create and deliver scalable solutions, executing and owning large-scale process improvement opportunities, utilizing analytical tools to analyze business metrics, ensuring service levels across multiple vendors, developing and managing tactical procurement services and daily operations, and recognizing and resolving issues and providing hands-on support to ensure procurement programs operate successfully. Basic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of program or project management experience, experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements, and experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of driving process improvements experience and a Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
