Project Manager II

The Project Manager II role encompasses supporting nuclear plant upgrade projects and working on site Monday- Friday in the office in either Welch or Monticello, MN. The position is integral to solidifying long-term plans, enhancing project estimates, deploying individuals to projects, and managing license extensions from 60 to 80 years. This role requires U.S. citizenship to support major nuclear plant upgrades. Nuclear experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with stakeholders on-site and interface with the maintenance organization and engineering department to implement projects.
• Conduct weekly meetings, coordinate project activities, source vendors, and initiate and manage contracts.
• Monitor financials, escalate concerns, and ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Engage in risk management and present proposals to gain necessary approvals for authorization.
• Conduct field / plant observations and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
